Westerly Sun CommentaryTherein lies the problem! Parents who respond to the police when they are informed that their youngster is at an underage drinking party by stating, "Don't the police have something better to do?" are the reason that we have an epidemic of underage drinkers.
Unfortunately, this attitude prevails until some parents are called to identify their child in the morgue.
